Provider and scope

Endufueler is provided by Mats Echterhoff, c/o Chatbyte GmbH, Mühlenkamp 31, 22303 Hamburg, Germany. Contact: support@endufueler.com. These Terms apply to the Endufueler website, app, accounts, race cards, generated fueling plans, and related self-serve functions.

Subject of the service

Endufueler is a digital planning tool for endurance race fueling logistics. The app may include functions for entering race details, selecting products, calculating targets, generating fueling timelines, creating packing lists, saving race cards, and managing app preferences.

The concrete functions of Endufueler may evolve over time. Endufueler is not medical, nutrition, safety, legal, or other professional advice.

Planning tool disclaimer

Fueling, hydration, sodium, caffeine, and race-execution decisions can affect health, safety, and performance. Endufueler provides planning estimates and organizational support only.

Users must validate nutrition, hydration, and sodium strategies in training and adapt them to their health, event conditions, product tolerance, and qualified professional guidance where needed. Do not rely on Endufueler as a substitute for medical, dietetic, coaching, safety, or event-specific advice.

Account, registration, and eligibility

An account is required to use the logged-in Endufueler app and save race cards. Users must provide accurate account information, keep it up to date, and keep login credentials and trusted devices confidential.

Endufueler may be used by persons aged 16 or older. Users are responsible for activity under their account unless the activity was caused by Endufueler's breach of duty.

User-entered data and generated plans

Users are responsible for the race details, athlete context, product information, preferences, and other content they enter into Endufueler. Users must have the necessary rights and permissions for any information they enter.

Generated plans depend on the accuracy and completeness of user-entered data and on current product and planning assumptions. Users are responsible for reviewing generated race cards, checking product labels and event constraints, and deciding whether a plan is suitable for their situation.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse Endufueler, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated access in a way that harms availability, security, or other users.

Users must not use Endufueler to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful, malicious, privacy-invasive, or otherwise unauthorized content, and must not enter third-party personal or sensitive information unless they are entitled to do so.

Availability, maintenance, and product changes

Endufueler may improve, modify, add, restrict, replace, or discontinue functions where this is reasonable, legally required, technically necessary, security-relevant, or part of product development.

Endufueler does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, security measures, or technical changes may affect access.

Account deletion and data export

Users may request account deletion or use account deletion functions where available. Data export and privacy requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy or through the support and privacy contacts provided by Endufueler.

Endufueler may suspend or terminate access where users materially breach these Terms, misuse the service, create security risks, or where suspension or termination is required by law.

Rights in the app and user content

All rights in Endufueler, including the app, software, design, documentation, and related materials, remain with Endufueler or the respective rights holders.

Users retain their rights in the content they enter. Users grant Endufueler the rights necessary to store, process, display, transmit, and technically adapt that content to provide and operate the requested functions. Endufueler may use aggregated or anonymized usage and quality information for operation, security, analysis, and product improvement where no personal reference is made.

Privacy

Information about the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for ensuring that they may lawfully enter personal data of third parties into Endufueler.

Liability

Endufueler is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, guarantees expressly assumed, liability under the Product Liability Act, and other mandatory statutory liability.

In cases of slight negligence, Endufueler is liable only for breach of material contractual duties whose fulfillment enables proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance users may regularly rely. In such cases, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes to these Terms

Endufueler may update these Terms with effect for the future where there is a reasonable reason, for example due to product changes, legal requirements, technical developments, or security needs. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. If a change requires consent, Endufueler will ask for consent before the change applies.

Applicable law and final provisions

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which the user has their habitual residence remain unaffected. If a provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. Statutory rules apply in place of the invalid provision.
