Endufueler
About Endufueler
Endufueler helps endurance athletes turn an event, preferred fuel and confirmed course support into a practical plan for training and race day.
An endurance fueling planner for real preparation
The planner supports running, cycling, gravel, ultra and triathlon sessions. It brings carbohydrate, hydration and sodium targets together with product quantities, timing, carrying capacity and course support. The result includes a packing list, assumptions, warnings and any shortages that need attention.
Planning targets, planned intake and estimated losses are shown as different quantities. An unknown product value or an unconfirmed aid station stays unknown. For triathlon, the swim, transitions, bike and run retain their own constraints and inventory.
Plan, practice, then refine
Endufueler provides planning estimates, not medical advice or a measurement of what an athlete will absorb, lose or consume. Review the warnings, rehearse the timing and quantities in training, and adjust the inputs to match your experience and the supplies that are actually available.
You can calculate an unsaved plan without an account. Sign-in is needed to save plans. Connected assistants can search products and calculate previews when MCP is enabled; personal account tools use OAuth and explicit permissions.
